1. 100% advance payment required to confirm the booking.
2. Booking for the same day will be accepted on the availability of the room.
3. For guests’ convenience, they can make the payment by deposit or transfer money (ECS) to our bank account.
4. Payment through cheques is accepted only from corporate companies having tie-up with our company against the confirmation of booking by email.
5. Children below 0-6 years of age will not be charged for accommodation. Children above 6 years will be considered adults and will be charged the full tariff.
6. Taxes as applicable.
7. No refund for any no-show and room for the same would be free to sell.
8. Pets are not allowed in the premises.
9. Any breakage or damage caused in the property will be charged.
